I created the I Am: Beyond Identity Workshop to offer a space to explore the identities we carry - the ones society places on us, the ones we inherit, and the ones we place on ourselves. It grew out of many chapters and identities in my own life.

A core idea in this work is that identities can shift over time, but selfhood remains steady. The process helps participants reconnect with that throughline.

The intention isn't to erase identity, but to loosen what feels limiting, reductive, or no longer serves us, to reconnect with the deeper sense of self underneath, which in turn helps us connect with others.

The workshop centers empowerment, resilience, and choice, supporting participants in moving from awareness to integration, arriving at a steady sense of self that persists even as circumstances evolve.
